Issue Capturing Base Layer

I'm having an issue capturing a base layer for my deployment.

I installed the Mirage server as specified in the installation guide, NOT using SSL (I won't be using it outside of the domain).

I installed the agent on the target workstation.

I saw the workstation show up under Pending Devices.

I used the common wizard to capture a base image and create a reference CVD.

I went through the wizard and the base layer capture appears in the Task Monitoring section.

I see the agent on the workstation go to initializing 0kb of 0kb.

It then sits there for a few minutes and goes back to idle.

HELP!
